With the 2019 Overwatch League season (hopefully) soon approaching, it’s time for teams to starting pushing training into high gear. Well, the work you put into training is only as good as the environment you do it in, right? Yesterday on Twitter, Dallas Fuel owner and CEO, Mike “hastr0” Rufail gave us a tease of the Dallas Fuel’s new training facility for the upcoming 2019 season.
These are of course renderings of what the final product may look like, but regardless, it looks amazing, and we want to live here. That said, despite rumors, this is not in fact uNKOE’s apartment. At least, that’s what Rufail wants us to believe.
Rufail also stated on Twitter, that this site will be the Fuel’s base of operations during their stay in Los Angeles. Which means they’re not going back home to Dallas just yet. However, Rufail also stated that plans and designs are currently in the works for a home base for the Dallas Fuel in the Lone Star state.
This specific space will serve the team while they remain in LA. Our plans for our home venue and training facility in Dallas are still taking shape.
This is not the first time a team has had a new state of the art training space. As fans will recall, back in August, the Shanghai Dragons gave us a tour of their training facility in China. With these new training spaces popping up, it’s only a matter of time until every team has a state of the art facility.
